Job Description
Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of NDAs, customer RFPs, supplier contracts, and amendments, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
Support bid activity, working with sales and commercial teams to develop competitive proposals and contract strategies.
Manage contract lifecycles—including renewals, updates, and maintaining clear summaries—ensuring internal visibility and version control.
Provide commercial analysis, including pricing reviews, risk assessments, and support during disputes or claims.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer flow-down terms through regular audits and document control.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Proven experience in contracts or commercial roles, ideally within aerospace or manufacturing
Confident negotiator with a keen interest in developing contract drafting skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
Effective communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and clients
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint is a bonus
