We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Living Team Leader to join an established provider of supported living care in the Kettering area.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality support to your clients.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Provide mentoring and training to team members.
Requirements
* Solid, recent background in the care sector, working at Team Leader level or equivalent.
* Minimum qualification of Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care.
* Clean driving licence.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
Working Hours
* 37.5 hours per week.
Salary
* £23,650 to £26,000 per annum, subject to review from 1 April each year.
Benefits
* 5.6 weeks holiday plus 8 days bank holidays per annum (pro rata).
* Up to 10 days Company sick pay per annum after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
* Company-funded in-house training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
