About the Role:
In this key position, the solicitor will manage a diverse range of commercial property cases, working closely with clients from various industries. Their work will involve:
1. Overseeing the buying and selling of commercial properties, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
2. Handling lease agreements for retail, office, and industrial properties, negotiating terms.
3. Assisting clients with property development matters, including planning permissions and legal challenges.
4. Providing guidance on disputes related to commercial properties, such as landlord-tenant issues and breach of contract situations.
5. Offering strategic advice on property investment, portfolio management, and risk assessment to help clients make informed decisions.
