The role
1. Directly supporting the Compliance Monitoring Manager (Operations).
2. Executing the AOC FSTD ATO Audit Plan (Air Operative Certificate, Flight Flight Simulator Training Device, Air Crew Training Device), ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
3. Supporting with the Compliance Monitoring Programme requirements.
4. Assessing adherence to aviation regulations, standards, and procedures.
5. Documenting audit findings, preparing detailed reports, and communicating results.
6. Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices.
7. Effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.
8. Exhibiting strong personal management and leadership; self-motivation and the ability to drive personal success are required.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Staverton. The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to visit other locations three days per week when not conducting audits. If audits require overnight stays at locations other than Staverton, these expenses will be covered by the company. Staverton is considered the primary work location, and related travel/accommodation costs will not be reimbursed. A full UK Driving License is essential.
Essential experience of the Aviator Auditor
1. Recent experience gained in a similar aviation environment.
2. An understanding of, or an ability to learn and absorb the application of aviation regulations including AOC FSTD ATO.
3. Proficiency in audit planning, execution, and reporting, or the ability to develop these skills.
4. Skill in evaluating potential risks and prioritizing audit areas.
Qualifications for the Aviation Auditor

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC Clearance. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
