Job Title: Temporary People Team Administrator
Role Type: Temporary, Hybrid (Plymouth-based) - Successful candidate must be commutable distance of Plymouth. Requires in-person attendance for team meetings, staff together days and mapping sessions.
Rate: £12.50
Duration: 5 months + (Until 29th August 2025)
Hours: 8.30am-5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator who has supported in-house recruitment and on-boarding coordination within a fast-paced People HR Team.
Key Duties:
Monitor and manage a busy recruitment inbox.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers.
Post job adverts accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilise and maintain the applicant tracking system.
Organise and coordinate interview schedules.
Manage the HR email inbox.
Prioritise and manage varying tasks in a dynamic environment.
Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
About You:
Education sector desirable but not essential
Strong administrative experience
Strong IT skills especially Excel.
