Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for managing a small team and driving HR strategy and operations to support a scaling organisation. This person will also be the HR Business Partner for our UK and APAC regions (50 staff). Responsibilities: Build and lead on the annual HR Business Plan, outlining the main activities for the year in line with the wider 4C strategy Coach, support, and manage a small people team (based in the UK, Sweden, and US) Resolve escalated, more complex, ER queries and offer support, guidance and signposting to managers on ER and HR issues Coordinate and assign HR projects with the team, such as the Annual Employee Survey, development of People Function related processes, and organisational design. Full Business Partner responsibilities for the UK and APAC, including but not limited to: annual performance reviews, talent management and attraction, employer branding About you: We’re looking for a People Leader with a proven track record of partnering with businesses on a broad range of people topics, including employee relations, performance management, change management, recruitment and selection, learning and development, employee engagement, and pay and reward. You will bring experience of developing individuals and building a high-performing team that delivers and executes at pace. You will also have/be: A degree or equivalent experience and commercial acumen CIPD qualified (preferred) Extensive previous experience in an HR function Previous line management experience of both people and processes Results focused and experience in fostering a high performing culture Ability to balance operational demands with strategic initiatives Strong knowledge of UK employment law Experience and an interest in driving digitalisation of people processes Experience supporting APAC would be desirable Please note this role can be based in either our London or Warminster office. Some travel will be required to Stockholm and the US.
