We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Brickwork Site Manager to oversee our ongoing and upcoming construction projects. If you're an expert in brickwork management with a proven track record in delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of brickwork projects on site, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Supervise and coordinate bricklayers, subcontractors, and all other site personnel, ensuring tasks are carried out to the highest standards.
Ensure all work is compliant with building regulations, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
Manage project timelines and report any potential delays or issues, proactively providing solutions.
Conduct regular site inspections, assessing quality, safety, and progress.
Organize and manage materials, ensuring they are delivered on time and stored correctly.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Oversee site health and safety, ensuring safe working conditions and enforcing compliance with all regulations.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including safety reports, inspections, and project updates.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in brickwork and site management, preferably in a freelance or contract role.
Strong understanding of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on-site.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid CSCS card, SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), and First Aid certification.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
