JT Recruit Mansfield Branch have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Administrator on behalf of our client, a local authority based in Nottingham (NG2) This is a varied and interesting role, perfect for someone who enjoys a busy and dynamic environment where no two days are quite the same What you'll be doing: • Keeping our customers happy by responding to their email queries – you'll be their first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring they have a positive experience. • Helping our business run smoothly by creating purchase orders, handling petty cash, and dealing with invoices – you'll be a vital part of the team, making sure everything is organised and efficient. • Supporting the wider team with general administration duties – you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks and learn new skills. What you'll need: • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn – we're looking for someone who's enthusiastic and eager to develop their skills. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal – you'll need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of people. • A basic understanding of Maths and English – this will help you with tasks such as processing invoices and responding to emails. • The ability to organise your work, prioritise tasks, and manage your workload effectively – this is a busy role, so you'll need to be able to stay organised and manage your time well.
