About the Role:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technical systems analysis and project management? We seek a Technical Systems Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery and management of our technical projects. Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Systems Analysis:
* Lead projects from initiation to post go-live (warranty period), ensuring robust planning and execution.
* Apply Kanban methodology to streamline project management processes.
* Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide weekly updates to stakeholders.
* Prepare and maintain service transition and operational acceptance documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional business units and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
2. Testing & Quality Assurance:
* Manage integration, performance, data, and functional testing phases for multiple applications.
* Coordinate all testing activities, from test plan creation to execution and sign-off.
* Identify and log defects during the warranty period, ensuring resolution.
* Perform regular housekeeping tasks for applications to maintain system integrity.
3. Resource & Access Management:
* Handle onboarding and access requirements for new resources.
* Ensure resources are available for critical project activities, including go-live events.
* Manage user access rights and application resources effectively.
4. Service Desk & Infrastructure Coordination:
* Liaise with Infrastructure Teams (e.g., Networks, Wintel, DBA) to raise and coordinate service desk requests.
About You:
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in technical systems analysis and project management.
* Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Windows Server, .Net, and SSRS.
* Familiarity with Kanban and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
* Structured work ethic and high attention to detail.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
* Hands-on experience with SQL Server.
* Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing processes.
* Proficiency in using ServiceNow.
