Educational Leader - Maternity Leave Cover (with ongoing growth and succession)
Bambini Early Learning located on Wilson St. Brighton is now seeking an Experienced Curriculum Co-Ordinator/Educational Leader who has a one team approach to work as part of our team at our boutique purpose-built Centre.
This opportunity is a fixed term 8 months maternity leave cover and the ideal candidate will be available either part-time or full-time (with the option of a 9-day fortnight), with the intention for ongoing growth and succession. You will be responsible for inspiring and guiding our team to a child enriched curriculum at our brand-new Centre.

You will have the opportunity to explore further opportunities within the company once the fixed-term contract has ended.
About You:
* Possess demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader/Curriculum Co-Ordinator in a similar Early Learning environment.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to drive change and accountability.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrate the ability to support strong & intentional play spaces both indoors and outdoors across the entire day.
* Have excellent communication skills and the ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.
* Show a passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Be a motivated and driven Educator who will actively contribute to the program through detailed observations & documentation.
Your credentials:
* A Diploma/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification.
* Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
