Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to build strong relationships with our key customers, comprising predominantly large/multi-branch national accounts and OEM manufacturing businesses.
The successful candidate will work closely with our supporting administrator to process large orders via phone, email, and EDI. Key responsibilities include:
1. Communicating delivery dates and stock availability to customers through the preparation of stock reports.
2. Liaising with customer inventory teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
3. Facilitating meetings to discuss potential issues and resolve any concerns.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
