Job Title: Registered Nurses (x 30 Full-Time, Permanent roles) RGN
Location: Channel Islands (UK)
We have an amazing opportunity for qualified Registered Nurses (30 Permanent roles) to work in hospitals across the Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark).
The hospitals are providing full sponsorship (up to 8 years) for experienced Registered Nurses, with a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience in General Nursing, particularly those with experience of nursing the elderly (Dementia & Alzheimers).

What we are looking for:
- Registered General Nurses, with at least 2 years post qualification experience
- Must have IELTSB1 or have a Degree taught in English and recognised by the UKVI office.
- Ideally have the OSCE's and CBT and NMC Pin (but this is not essential - as qualifications from some eligible countries can be converted providing they are transcripted in English and meet the required criteria)
- Good spoken English and written English skills
- Compassionate and empathetic, with a desire to deliver person centred nursing and support
- Experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting is desirable but not essential, as we have multiple roles available in other areas of nursing
- Evidence of criminal background checks from country of origin and/or Enhcanced DBS Disclosure in UK
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
* Administer medication and manage care plans in line with regulatory and professional standards.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ physical and emotional needs.
* Supervise and mentor care staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
