Working in a busy, supportive People Team, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, across the various People functions. What you will bring As a successful and thriving People Administrator, you’ll be well-organised, delivery focused, with a keen eye for detail. You’ll be able manage workloads effectively to meet tight deadlines, resolve day-to-day issues in a time sensitive manner, hold excellent communication skills and have previous experience of supporting managers on people matters. As an effective People Administrator, you will have demonstrable Microsoft Office skills and be comfortable using different systems, as well as having an interest in process and continuous improvement. This role involves processing confidential and sensitive data therefore a high degree of discretion and respect for confidentiality is essential.
