Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Desk operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, or ITOM—either through implementation or ongoing support. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery for ITSM and Service Desk solutions. Oversee ServiceNow implementation, enhancements, or support operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IT service improvements. Ensure alignment with business objectives and IT best practices. Key Requirements: 10 years of experience in Project / Program Management. Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, or ITOM.
