Our client is a UK based market leading manufacturer with a very strong reputation in their respective field. Following a recent acquisition this is the start of a new exciting growth phase. We are looking to appoint an internal sales executive to support both new and existing clients predominantly based in the South. The successful Internal Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries as well as outbound sales activity. This is a great opportunity for a sales executive from the construction or manufacturing sector. Internal Sales Executive / Sales / Construction / Manufacturing Responsibilities: • Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone and email. • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outbound calls and follow-ups • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and promoting suitable products and services • Prepare quotations, process orders, and provide technical/product information where required • Support external sales teams with lead generation and appointment setting • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments Internal Sales Executive / Sales / Construction / Manufacturing The ideal Sales executive • Proven experience in an internal sales, telesales, or customer-facing role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, results-driven, and resilient with a growth mindset • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships If this sounds like your next role, click apply now
