Our client has an Employee Benefits division dedicated to helping employers optimise their employees financial planning and pension needs. This role is within the advisory team that provide financial guidance to employees, across pensions, investments, mortgages, ISA, protection, and retirement planning. They will offer hybrid working after probation period along with salary, half year bonus and other benefits.

Some of the responsibilities include:
One-to-one meetings with employees regarding :
Workplace Pension
investment targeting
Efficient use of mortgages.
ISAs, protection policies, cash accounts, NS & I
Financial planning guidance, changes in workplace benefits such as pension scheme switching or Salary Sacrifice etc.
Tax and Allowance calculations
Creating employee-facing documents that help explain financial services products
Maintaining an online Literature Library designed to explain the most common personal finance and benefits issues to employees.
Keep update records of all client conversations.
An ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the issues and hot topics in the employee benefits sector. A strong understanding of products such as workplace pensions, mortgages, investments, Protection, along with an understanding of Net, Salary Sacrifice and Tax for pension contributions. They will also have experience dealing with providers and customers face to face as well as telephone, video, emails.
