Murray Recruitment have an excellent position for a Project Administrator for a permanent position based in Glasgow City Centre. The Project Administrator to will work closely with Project Manager to carry out project administration for the Division. Responsibilities Co-ordinating and planning engineers workload. Liaising with suppliers and ensuring first class customer service at all times. Liaise between customer and operations management to ensure smooth operational delivery meeting contract SLAs. Process new projects on project management system and collate documentation Create work packs for engineers i.e. drawings, equipment list etc. Raise equipment orders, as required to support Project Manager Organise Accommodation and overnight allowance Obtain information from contractors to set up new accounts Update monthly financial reports Generate and submit applications for payment / invoices Process part orders from Wholesalers Attend and contribute to project meetings Provide cover for Planner Adhoc tasks to support the projects division Experience / Skills Experience working within a Project / Commercial Administration or Assistant position Billing or Invoicing experience Excellent IT skills ideally with experience of using a project management software Excellent communication and influencing skills Team player with ability to work on own initiative Strong attention to detail and organised Offering Starting salary £26k - £28k DOE Hours Monday - Friday 35 hours between 9am - 5pm Holidays are 20 days annual, increasing to 25 days after one year’s service and 8 days’ public and 1 day birthday holidays.
