The role
12 month contract available. Own transport essential
Multi-sited role across the Coventry and Warwickshire area, we are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide excellent service to customers in supported housing accommodation.
Travel will focus regularly on the Coventry, Warwickshire, and surrounding areas. The Supported Housing team works together to ensure support across the whole portfolio. Overnight stays will be covered.
This role is part of Customer & Communities where you'll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.
What you'll achieve
* Work in an agile manner, covering schemes across Coventry and Warwickshire, working onsite, from home, and in local offices. (own transport essential)
* Proactively work with managing agents, dealing with and resolving issues.
* Lead multi-agency meetings and engage effectively with support providers in the area.
* Ensure all schemes are managed in line with policy and procedure.
What you'll bring
Essential skills
* Understanding of Supported housing, some experience of contract management / working with external agencies.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong customer focus to negotiate and resolve issues.
* Advocate of Independent Living.
* Good PC skills and competent with MS Office.
* Own transport
