Previous applicants need not apply This post is for two years fixed term. The post holder will support the resettlement of Refugees and their families into accommodation and provide floating support. The post holder will provide specific support to encourage and promote their independence. The work will involve working with young people and families who have complex needs, and sensitive issues that will need more intense support through integrated practice within a multiagency setting. The work will demand a creative and flexible approach, working with families in their homes and other community settings as required. The post holder will work with other professionals from health, education, primary care, and the voluntary sector to provide the support required.
