Job summary A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone with strong IT and creative skills to support in the delivery of all Wales work-based learning (WBL) resources for Healthcare Science. This is a part-time secondment at Health Education and Improvement Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for the post-holder to deploy their technological, creative and innovative skills and experience within a team which supports the development of the both the current and future workforce for NHS Wales. The post holder will be involved with the initiation and progression of the development of content for the new "Y Ty Dysgu" learning management system. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the implementation of deliverables set out in the Healthcare Science Framework for Wales: Looking Forward. The post holder will be responsible for completing projects on career pathways and eLearning as part of the 2024/2025 IMTP for Healthcare Science. This post is fixed term/secondment until 31st March 2026 due to secondment cover. Main duties of the job Key duties will include the following: - Learning Management System (LMS) administration - to support with the administration of the LMS system including learner management, learner registration, enrolment to courses and events, course and content administration and generating reports Content creation support - to take responsibility of basic content creation and to support the creation of more complex content Event management support - to create simple events providing administrative support and reporting Project support - to assist on general administrative duties including meeting management and project administration The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
