High Voltage Engineer
£45k - £50k

Key Responsibilities as a High Voltage Engineer:
* Advise and undertake plant shutdowns and isolations
* Ensure baseline configuration related to safety
* Provide supervision of competent persons undertaking electrical safety work
* Apply technical knowledge for HV & LV systems and structures
* Interpret and deliver contractual obligations which may include troubleshooting, quoting, reporting, commissioning and handover duties
* Identify and escalate business risks where applicable to client stakeholder
* Make evidence-based engineering decisions to solve technical problems
What you will need to succeed as a High Voltage Engineer:
* A recognised electrical trade or equivalent engineering qualification (ONC/OND/HNC/Level 4)
* S5 Safe Operation of High Voltage Power Systems
* Knowledge of Health & Safety statutory legislation and requirements
* Proven ability to deliver across industrial/manufacturing HV & LV infrastructure, plant and equipment
* Experience delivering FM engineering and maintenance services across the life of HV assets
