MEP Hire are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team manging the movement of our extensive catalogue of hire equipment in and out of the branch ensuring customer requirements are met in full. Reporting into the Assistant Branch Manager the role will be responsible for managing the Branch Assistants and Dispatch Controllers so we’re looking for experience in operational delivery and people management. Key Responsibilities Ensure all hire fleet items are managed and accounted for Ensuring availability of non-mechanical fleet through planning and executing Manage the cleaning of equipment returned from hire as well as carrying out service, repair and inspect on LLA machines and small tools Organise and complete perpetual stock counts and investigate discrepancies Ensure goods in/out process is adhered to Ensure damage and missing accessories are recorded correctly Ensure all hire fleet items are stored in the correct location Ensure procedures and administration processes are followed by team members Liaise with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure target availability is achieved Ensure that all team members keep the warehouse clean, tidy and secure at all times To ensure team members receive correct training and development.
