* Maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget.
* Ensuring effective team communications and relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:
* Proven leadership ability with a proactive approach.
* Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
* Catering experience and chef skills are essential.
* At least 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
