Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are recruiting for a Casual Stadium Tour & Museum Supervisor to assist in the managing of operations. What will you be doing? Managing and leading a team of casual staff to increase sales and ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Prepare and conduct daily staff briefings, organise training and development for casual staff. Take responsibility for the daily maintenance of all technological equipment used for the visitor experience on tour and in the museum. Ensure high standards for quality and customer service by all staff on shift for the tour and museum. Effectively deal with and resolve customer complaints and comments on the day in person. Work towards continuously improving the content and delivery of the Stadium Tour and Experiences. Who are we looking for? We are looking for candidates who have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you be a team player with the ability to perform a hands-on role with a can-do approach. Previous experience managing a team, experience within a sales and service management role, or within a similar role is preferred. Why should you apply?
