You’ll also provide administrative and project support to the leadership team within the Communications department, gaining exposure to strategic communications planning.
Here’s a taste of what you will be doing as a Communications Executive at Nottingham Building Society:
* Create Engaging Content: Write and edit content for intranet, newsletters, and employee updates.
* Organise Internal Events: Help plan and promote events, town halls, and engagement activities.
* Prepare Reports and Presentations: Assist in creating reports and presentations for internal meetings and leadership updates.
* Draft Press Releases and Articles: Help draft press releases, blog posts, and articles to promote our brand.
* Monitor Media Relations: Support media relations by tracking press coverage and developing PR campaigns.
* Manage Social Media: Schedule and post content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Support Marketing Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to coordinate creative assets and contribute fresh ideas.
* Provide Administrative Support: Maintain contact lists, schedule meetings, and assist with event logistics and communications calendars.
