In this pivotal role, you will manage and process lending cases, acting as a key point of contact for customers and professional introducers. Your expertise in banking or lending, particularly in case processing or case management, will be essential in delivering successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of lending cases from initial enquiry to completion.
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and professional introducers, maintaining regular communication and providing updates throughout the process.
Building and managing strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other parties to facilitate the smooth progression of cases.
Preparing and reviewing documentation, including debentures, deeds of parity, and title deeds.
Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with lending criteria and regulations.
Providing relationship management support, resolving queries promptly, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to team success.What you need:
Proven experience in banking, lending, or commercial finance within a case processing or case management role.
Familiarity with debentures, deeds of priority, and title deeds (highly advantageous).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level customer service and build lasting professional relationships.
