Client Administrator – Financial Planning
What will you be doing?
We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Cambridge, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
1. Proven experience working in the financial services industry
2. An ambition to build a career within financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop
3. A strong ethic of client service.
4. Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
5. The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
6. Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
7. Knowledge of Investments, Pensions and Life Assurance preferred
