Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Community Team based in Ceredigion.
This role involves assessing, supporting, and safeguarding individuals who require care and support or are at risk of harm. The Social Worker will collaborate closely with individuals, families, and networks to enhance coping skills, establish independence, and promote resilience.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
* Construct and implement Care and Support Plans under relevant social care legislation (e.g., Part 4 and 6 of the Social Services and Well-being Act 2014).
* Assess the needs of adults and provide appropriate support.
* Collaborate with community resources and natural support networks.
* Promote independence and resilience.
* Safeguard individuals at risk of harm.
* Engage in the “what matters” conversation to understand individual needs and preferences.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Care Wales registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
