About the Job As our Junior Designer, you'll work closely with the design lead, tackling various aspects of our design function. This includes Print & Packaging Design, Illustration, Photography and general Marketing/Branding. Accountable - Consider it done About the Role Your main areas of responsibility will be: Design packaging that stands out. Communicate effectively with the design lead and other departments to ensure cohesive and on-brand design outputs. Meet deadlines and manage last-minute tasks efficiently. Manage the filing system for current packaging designs, including recording changes and implementing updates. Liaise with suppliers on packaging designs, overseeing the process through to production approval, and coordinate with the purchasing coordinator. Design special customer product packaging based on briefs, collaborating with project and product development managers. Work closely with the QA team to ensure all products include correct warnings and legally required markings. Proof-check your own work for accuracy and quality before finalization. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Proven ability to manage workloads effectively to meet project deadlines. Approachable and helpful with strong communication skills. Works well under pressure with impeccable attention to detail. Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and prioritise workload. Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and flexible approach. Team player who can also work independently, with strong interpersonal skills. Proactive and supportive, readily available to assist teammates as needed.
