The role
: School staff know that no two days are the same and that no two children are the same either. Supporting a wide range of learning activities, you will support the Class Teacher to ensure a safe environment, prepare resources, and in developing independent thinking and promoting excellent behaviour for learning. This may include supporting learners on a one-to-one or small group basis. This post will also include lunchtime supervision. Experience of working with young people in an educational setting is desirable but we would also welcome applications who may wish to train or embark on a new, exciting career. If you have transferable skills and are passionate about education; committed to making a difference and have the know-how and skills to support learners; if you are able to balance care and support with challenge, rules and high expectations, we want to hear from you now!
