The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to be involved in all activities of our marketing output; and to create and deliver strategies in accordance with our business objectives and brand identity. This is an excellent opportunity to join our exciting company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and integrating digital marketing and bespoke comms strategies alongside our Marketing manager.
Create and define new processes and systems to improve our marketing efficiency.
Work closely with the sales and design team, sharing trends, insights and provide feedback for product development and sales strategies, developing case studies for highlighted projects.
Coordination of all communication channels and launch of new products for the company. Including website, blog, email marketing, social media channels and brochures.
Coordination of external agencies including photographers, graphic designers and SEO consultants.
Taking high quality and interesting photography and videos for use on social media.
Writing creative engaging copy for use on releases, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, invites, email campaigns.
Use data and analytics for smart and effective marketing decision making
Undertaking any necessary office-management and admin
REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in a marketing & communications role and having led and completed successful campaigns.
Content creation and photography.
Social media experience with Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest and Tik Tok.
Proven knowledge of creating engaging and effective campaigns.
Experience on Adobe Creative Cloud mainly Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Previous experience of working collaboratively.
Understanding of SEO and the ability to monitor and improve their online presence.
Well organised and the ability to lead and inspire others, and remain calm under pressure, contributing to a positive, teamwork-driven environment.
Imaginative thinking and a confident approach to sharing ideas with clients/colleagues.
Buckets of self-motivation, a can-do attitude and the ability to think around corners.
Excellent writing, communication and organisational skills, attention to fine detail and impeccable spelling and grammar.
TERMS
Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 subject to experience.
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays. Additional days holiday for each year of service up to 30 days.
