About The Role
Morrison Energy Servicesis recruiting for aSite Engineerto work on our ElectricalTransmissioncontract on various projectsacrossthe UK.
The Site Engineer is primarily responsible for the technical aspects of sections of projects of all types and sizes; resident on the projects and responsible for co-ordinating the resources allocated to them, to ensure that the designated sections of work are delivered in a safe and timely manner.
As theSite Engineeryour responsibilities will include:
1. Adequate reporting of Safety incidents and near misses both internally and externally as required to the Client.
2. Planning, day-to-day coordination and management of Foremen and Line workers.
3. Planning, day-to-day coordination and management of sub-contractors.
4. Regular liaison with Clients site representatives and attendance at any Client and project meetings as required.
5. To control costs and be aware of the financial status of the project.
6. Production of Method Statements, Work Instructions and Risk Assessments as required by Safety Regulations and/or Client.
7. Provide the Project Manager with all information required to produce Contract Status Reports (or other reports required by Client).
