You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide variety of bespoke events, ensuring that every element runs smoothly and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of events, including catering, entertainment, décor, and logistics.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and delivering it with precision and creativity.
* Oversee event setup and breakdown
* Provide seamless and attentive guest service before
* Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, maintaining the venue’s reputation for excellence.
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in event coordination or management, ideally within a premium or luxury setting.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively under pressure.
* Outstanding interpersonal and people management skills – must be confident and calm under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetic and quality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
