Tenant Liaison & Support Officer (Permanent) We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Tenant Liaison & Support Officer on a permanent contract, paying 28k per annum. Your new role Providing support, assistance and advice to elderly and vulnerable people whom are wanting to have repairs, adaptations or home improvement work within their properties Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout each stage of the process, ensuring systems are updated regularly with new information Carrying out administrative duties such as telephone calls, booking appointments, preparing visit packs, sending out surveys/letters and conducting case reviews Assisting with general enquiries and completing requests for information Liaising with customers, colleagues, contractors and other supporting agencies/individuals Producing regular reports and working within managed budgets What you'll need to succeed Proven experience within the building industry, ideally within social housing and have dealt with the general public Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Experience of working within a busy office environment Desirable - working with vulnerable and/or older customers Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines with good planning & organisational skills Driving licence with access to own vehicle What you'll get in return Permanent contract (6 month probation) 28k per annum plus mileage reimbursement 35 working hours per week Generous annual leave entitlement, pension plan, occupational sick pay scheme What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
