PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing the implementation of system changes, upgrades and testing. Continued review of effectiveness and subsequent recommendations and development e.g Hyperion GBP_hierarchy.
2. Support to the business for Accounting and Finance aspects eg contracts, leasing arrangements etc working cross-functionally with Norway, Eastern, US, Decision Support, and BD.
3. Partner with the O&G Finance Manager, SAR Finance Manager and External Reporting Manager to ensure that all Group Reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately and to deadline.
4. Creation and administration of Bridge Reporting/Analysis to a review level by Accounting Director. Issue of Bridges to Corporate once compiled from a monthly to quarterly and annual basis.
5. ECR Management Report Collation and administration including update of key KPI metrics based on information received from various parties within ECR
6. Finance focal point for IAC contract, including invoice preparation, presentation of results at IAC meeting and any other related matters.
7. CSA system management to ensure all Internal Audit service desk tickets have been complied with and submitted in a timely manner.
8. Assist for the delivery, integrity and accuracy of all monthly financial reporting (P&L, B/S, KPIs, Risks and Opportunities)
9. Ensuring that the systems of internal controls are effective and monitored including compliance on revenue recognition.
10. Ensuring compliance and management of internal financial policies and procedures.
11. Assist with the internal and external Sarbanes Oxley and Audit processes, ensuring deliverables are provided in a timely manner.
12. Development and management of external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, bankers and tax team
13. Possibility of travel to other Bristow Operations in Houston, Norway, or elsewhere as required.
14. All other duties as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: (minimum education requirements, key skills and experience)
Qualifications
15. Fully qualified in ACCA / CA preferable
Experience
16. 3 or more years of progression within similar roles.
17. SAP Experience preferred but not required .
18. Hyperion Financial Reporting preferred but not required

19. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
20. Microsoft Access, Powerpoint, and Word skills
21. Good communication skills with the ability to articulate and present information clearly
22. Ability to act proactively and prioritise work with limited supervision
