Location: Hybrid - A blend of working from home and your nominated hub office, with hubs in London, Bristol, Manchester, and Oxford. Specific patterns for working in the office are not mandated, and the frequency of time worked in the office is agreed with your manager.
About the role:
We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and enhancing our Salesforce platform, tackling innovative projects, and solving complex challenges that drive our business forward. If you're passionate about Salesforce development and eager to expand your skills, we'd love to hear from you!
You will craft, code, and implement customised solutions within the Salesforce platform, leading in the design, development, support, maintenance, and protection of the platform while playing a vital role in continually improving and enhancing it.
This varied role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects. You'll take the lead in guiding a team of developers to achieve key transformation and business performance goals.
What we need from you:
* Extensive hands-on experience and deep expertise with Salesforce CPQ.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design best practices.
* Proactive and innovative approach with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
* Previous experience as a Salesforce Developer, with exposure to the following technologies:
o Salesforce Sales Cloud for CRM
o Salesforce Service Cloud for ITSM
o Salesforce Experience Cloud
* Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I / II / Application Architect / CPQ Specialist) and a trailhead profile with relevant badges.
* Knowledge in the following technologies: Copado / Conga / Adobe Sign (integrated) / JIRA / Confluence / GitHub would be advantageous.
* Proactive and collaborative problem-solver with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
