An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Team Leader to work within the Adam Smith Business School on a permanent basis.
Supporting the Operations and Planning Manager, the successful candidate will lead on operational services across the Adam Smith Business School (ASBS) to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective day-to-day service to stakeholders, and take a proactive role in maintaining robust systems, policies and procedures which protect the welfare and interests of its stakeholder groups. The scope of operations that this role will cover includes facilities, reception, health, and safety alongside working in partnership with relevant University Services, such as Estates, IT, Reach Out, Finance, and Commercial Services, to ensure these services continue to meet the needs of the School and its users.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended basis. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.
