Job Title: Spray Painter
We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team at our Watford site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spray painting, smart repairs, and vehicle preparation.
Location: Watford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30, and one in two Saturdays, 08:30 to 12:30
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out smart repairs on internal and retail vehicles within customer-driven timeframes.
* Interpret instructions from job cards and repair orders, following all quality procedures and health & safety requirements.
* Obtain necessary technical information and attend training to stay updated with the latest technical developments.
* Examine vehicles, report on their condition and safety, and report any potential repair difficulties immediately.
* Accurately document work performed and report any additional work or vehicle faults as per procedures.
Experience, Qualifications, and Attributes:
* A full driving license is essential.
* Previous experience as a spray painter is required.
* Own tools such as spray guns and air-fed masks are necessary.
* Flexible attitude towards work.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* High efficiency and commitment to completing work to standard on the first attempt.
