Locate a Locum has created an end:end workforce management software solution for the healthcare industry. We currently work with some of the biggest names in Pharmacy and Optometry including Boots and Specsavers.
The next stage of our growth sees us looking for an Account Manager to be responsible for managing key client accounts.
Our ideal Account Manager will focus on supporting and building customer relationships to maximise retention and increase revenue. They will:
1. Build strong and positive relationships with clients at both Executive and Operational levels
2. Nurture, expand these key relationships and be accountable for your portfolio and associated revenue numbers
3. Proactively grow your portfolio through identifying and pursuing cross-sell & up-sell opportunities
4. Act as a strategic partner to understand the objectives and needs of customers and then develop solutions through the company’s offerings
5. Develop expert knowledge of the Locate a Locum platform
6. Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs and customer feedback to cross-functional teams
7. Document plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
8. Create a repeatable and transferable framework for managing our clients
9. Complete end:end management of commercial renewal agreements
10. Prepare and facilitate regular account business review meetings to attain low churn rates and maximise upgrade opportunities
11. Develop and execute account management strategies in order to achieve targets
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years experience of Consultative B2B Account Management
2. Commercially astute. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, shows initiative and is highly organised
3. A ’natural’ in developing relationships and learning more through professional questioning
4. Able to research, create and then effectively deliver a personalised value proposition to each prospect
5. Driven and determined to over-achieve targets and objectives
6. Highly computer literate
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.
8. Ability to work as part of a team & individually
9. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
10. Experience of working within Healthcare or HRM.
11. A working knowledge of selling complex and/or SaaS solutions
