Up to £50,000 dependent on experience We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change Manager to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You’ll be responsible for developing, leading, planning, and implementing operational service change strategies across our UK and transversal business services. Your primary goal will be to improve efficiency, minimise expenditure, and reduce risk, while ensuring that our operations continue to run smoothly and effectively. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Ipswich or Middlesbrough office, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce cost, remove risk and align processes across Customer Communications services and operations. Create and present information, including presentations, business cases, and feasibility assessments, in a way that helps everyone understand, accept, and support the proposed changes. Lead and embed tactical and strategic change in a timely and relevant manner to meet defined requirements. Build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels and use your knowledge and experience to guide and direct changes that will enhance our communication strategies, which include products, services, and processes. Support communication efforts through the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications. Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify, and bring together key stakeholders. Produce in depth analysis and insight into current and future state inbound and outbound processes to provide visibility and awareness of process efficiency, cost, risk, and capability. Build and produce project plans, reporting and implement robust action tracking, reporting any risks or issues. Strong analysis and process mapping expertise. High level ability to use Microsoft office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Effective change management skills with experience in a variety of project methodologies. Significant financial awareness, including knowledge and experience with budgeting. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and engage effectively with senior leaders. Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong relationships to form a network of contacts. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to work independently and lead own projects.
