About the Role:
As a Trainee Sales Manager, you'll begin by learning the foundations of direct sales through in-person customer interactions. As you develop your skills and consistently hit targets, you'll move into leadershipcoaching and managing your own team. With our structured progression plan, promotion to a management position can happen in as little as 3 months, with further advancement over the next 68 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Fundamentals: Speak directly with customers in face-to-face settings, pitch products and services, and close sales confidently.
Team Leadership: After mastering sales, move into a leadership position where youll train and lead a team of new sales reps.
CRM Tracking: Manage leads, customer info, and performance stats using our CRM tools.
Lead Generation: Build relationships, identify opportunities, and consistently grow your sales pipeline.
Career Growth: Follow a structured promotion path with clear benchmarks and ongoing support.
