The successful candidate will report into the Divisional Manager and will have responsibility for proactively generating and pursuing leads for our render and insulation systems within the designated region.
This role includes promoting our products, predominantly to direct specialist sub-contractors, envelope contractors, small builders, domestic users, local authorities, local architects, social housing providers, main contractors, and specialist refurbishment contracts.
Our candidate requirements:
1. Good organisational skills & ability to prioritise work to meet service needs
2. Be IT literate – Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) & the Group CRM System
3. Communication skills (telephone and interpersonal)
4. Experience working within a customer-related environment and Customer Relationship Management
Areas of responsibility include:
1. Generating leads and securing sales for the complete RCM & SPSE product range
2. Building a comprehensive knowledge of all RCM & SPSE product range
3. Determining the requirements of jobs/clients and specifying the relevant products meeting those requirements
4. Communicating with Technical to provide relevant details and calculations as required by the client/customer
5. Being responsible for liaising with sub-contractors regarding the pricing/discount rates of our materials to be supplied to the job
6. Reporting monthly on the progress of new, potential, and existing leads.
7. Carrying out site visits and surveys as required
8. Liaising with marketing to ensure the correct regional approach to promote all products
9. Achieving agreed sales targets for the located area
10. Providing accurate forecasting information to Regional Director
11. Managing entertaining fuel, accommodation, and other costs associated with running the Region
Qualifications:
1. CSCS Visitor card for H&S
2. Industry experience required
3. A Levels/Degree
4. Current, Full, Clean Driving Licence
It is essential that you hold a Full, Clean, UK Driving Licence, as this role may involve traveling to different sites across the country.
