Role and Responsibilities:
1. To ensure goods received are despatched or stocked on a daily basis.
2. To ensure that all stock is received, checked and properly stored.
3. To select items accurately, progress and despatch orders efficiently.
4. To ensure that the Company's policies and procedures are adhered to and that the Dealership Operating Standards are maintained.
5. To order parts and accessories, under the direction and supervision of the Service Manager.
6. To ensure that the parts department's records are kept up to date.
7. To ensure that an effective and efficient filing system is maintained within the Parts office.
8. Promote satisfactory customer relations through expeditious and courteous handling of public.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Take pride in their ability to maximise the success of the department whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
2. Be focussed on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
3. Be highly motivated, efficient and organised.
4. Have experience working in a parts environment as a Parts Supervisor/ Team Leader and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
