We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a compassionate Care Assistant to become part of our team at New Bradley Hall in Kingswinford:
Position: Care Assistant
Hours: 14 hours per week
Rate: GBP11.85 per hour with enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays
The 14 hour post operates on a two-week rota with shifts from 16:00 - 20:00, which includes weekends.

The main purpose of the role is to work as an integral part of the caring team, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individuals' rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met in a safe environment.
Specific tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:
1. Providing high quality personal care
2. Assistance at meal times
3. Manual handling, using equipment safely and correctly (hoists) where required
4. Interaction with residents
5. Maintaining a safe, clean and friendly environment
6. Promoting health and well-being of the residents
Skills and Experience required if you want to become our Care Assistant:
1. Must be able to work bank holidays and weekends
2. The post holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure check, reference checks and a six month probation period
