So, you’re a collaborative HR leader who has experience of helping to scale technology businesses? As senior HR manager here at Cambridge Intelligence, you’ll own all human resources related activities and work closely with our teams to enhance all people projects across the business. Focusing on learning and development, diversity and overall employee engagement. What’s involved? An important part of this role will be working with the management team by leading our management forum, where you’ll drive continued professional development, with particular focus on our new managers. A passion for learning and development is therefore key. You will champion diversity across the business in line with our values. You’ll enjoy working in a smaller tech business and can bring new ideas to the table in order to strengthen the culture of a growing company. You'll collaborate across Cambridge Intelligence (CI) to enhance current processes around performance, career pathways, development, leadership and engagement. You'll be managing a small team and have extensive people management experience. Requirements Who’s the ideal candidate? A strategic HR generalist whose CIPD Level 7 qualified, you’ll currently be working at a similar pace and level and have experience of helping to scale tech start ups (of around 80-150 people). You'll understand how to manage the people challenges this presents and possess exceptional communications skills. You’re an inspiring people’s person who will lead from the front but is also a real team player. You might also have experience of Running OKR processes Who you’ll work with You’ll mentor and manage an experienced HR and Talent team and work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen our culture as we grow.
