Job Description
As a Private Client Tax Manager/Senior Manager at BDO, you'll play a crucial role in managing funds, businesses, and trusts of individuals, families, and entrepreneurs. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and overseeing their tax affairs in line with their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Educated to degree level, and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent
* Demonstrable post-qualified experience
* Ability to guide and supervise less experienced colleagues
* Skills to support, train, mentor, and advise others in your area
* Capacity to challenge current practice, driving improvements and championing change
* Take personal responsibility for your decisions and actions, as well as those of others
* Able to lead projects of limited scale or complexity
