Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strategic marketing experience to join our team at Experian on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll shape marketing programmes for a variety of audience groups, increasing awareness and engagement with our products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Campaign Planning: Develop and deliver targeted programmes for important customer groups, create high-quality briefs, and use industry insights to shape marketing strategies.
* Campaign Delivery: Implement integrated marketing programmes, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective customer communications.
* Drive Improvements: Act as a customer champion, measure marketing effectiveness, and present marketing plans to stakeholders.
* Report Analysis: Report on marketing effectiveness, analyse performance, and provide recommendations for budget efficiency.
* Performance Management: Participate in performance growth, comply with training requirements, and contribute to a customer-focused culture.
Qualifications
* Marketing Expertise including strategic planning, external messaging, direct marketing, data strategy, CRM systems, digital marketing, multi-channel marketing, event planning, budgeting, and reporting.
* Campaign Management: Briefing and managing external agencies, supplier management, developing and reporting on Indicators, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
* Team Collaboration: teamwork, virtual and diverse team collaboration, senior stakeholder management.
