The Migrants Access to Benefits team is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the UK’s position on access to benefits for non-UK nationals.
This is a fast-paced area, with a large variety of opportunities including leading operational change, gaining an understanding of legislation and litigation, working closely with government legal teams and external counsel, as well as extensive engagement across Whitehall.
