As our Commercial Support Apprentice you will be an internal resource, supporting both the Commercial Sales Team and our Merchant customer base, whilst also working towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Sales and Certificate in Principles of Sales.
What you’ll be doing…
* Create call plans and complete direct telephone support to our customer base, monitoring stock and optimizing opportunities through promotional and pricing support, arranging point of sale literature, offering training etc.
* Support the Commercial Team (50 field based staff) so they can spend more time with customers and end users to increase sales.
* Log Quotes and other methods of pricing support.
* Raise Purchase Requisitions and Goods Receipt invoices for payment.
* Respond to any support requests in a timely fashion, providing assistance to Commercial team.
* Various types of project support.
* 20% reflective learning time supporting Apprenticeship
