Estate Agency Sales / Lettings Administrator - Tewkesbury - up to £30k
A rare opportunity to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for over 18 years. They are currently looking for a Sales and Lettings Administrator working either Full or Part time out of their branch in the heart of Tewkesbury. The role is offered full time working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm or part time and they are flexible on the part time hours. They are looking for somebody hardworking, enthusiastic and confident, organised, has a high level of attention to detail and with a strong customer service focus. Experience in the property sector or a similar administration role would be advantageous but not essential, providing that you are willing to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
Main Duties for the Sales / Lettings Administrator Role:
1. Provide administration support to the Residential Sales and Lettings Departments utilising the software and portals.
2. Dealing with incoming calls, walk-ins and enquiry emails
3. Preparing property details
4. Registering applicants correctly on the system – both sales and lettings - and matching them to properties
5. Booking in valuations and viewings
6. To process application forms and tenant referencing
7. Diary management
8. Key management
9. Routine Administration
Essential Skills Required:
1. Administration experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Strong IT knowledge
4. Able to work in a fast paced environment
